The Popcast Live! in Portland presented by Milk and Honey Tees is Saturday, August 26 at The Old Church at 7pm. Our live show will have the same heart as the weekly episodes, but with the added bonuses of Knox’s fear of public speaking and Jamie’s unedited filter. Fortunately for them, to buoy the evening, your favorite podcast hosts will be joined by Tsh Oxenreider, host of The Simple Show podcast, founder of The Art of Simple, and author of At Home in The World, Notes from a Blue Bike, and Organized Simplicity.
Plus, the audience will be an integral part of the evening in word and deed. The sum total of the night promises to be glazed with weird accents and filled to the brim with controversial but emphatic opinions on all things pop culture. You will not be educated on any important matters, but you will be entertained.

++What’s so great about Portland?++
Well…first, our live show is there. Second, it’s a great place to live. It’s a great city if you only have 48 hours. Travel editors write about it. GOOP has even been there and lived to tell about it.
++How long will each show be?++
It will be 2 solid hours of wheezy laughing and mispronounced words.
++Where will I stay?++
++Where will I park?++
The Old Church does not have a parking lot, but there is ample, metered street parking. This parking guide includes other options.
++Can I bring my kids?++
If your kids are 16 or older, then yes. If not, they need to fend for themselves while you’re at our show.
++Will there be food and drink?++
Each seat will include a sweet snack and there is a cash bar at the venue.
++What if the show is sold out?++
We are crossing our fingers that a seat may come available for you. Join our waiting list for just such a miracle.
++I bought a ticket, but now I can’t attend. Can you refund or transfer the ticket for me?++
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. You are responsible to find a buyer for your ticket. Keep an eye on the Twitter stream at #thepopcastlive and you might find someone looking. Also, message us at email@example.com and we can try to connect you to someone on our waiting list.
